Like most women, I've tinker toyed with the idea of buying myself a pair of plastic breastlets.
Nothing drastic, just maybe a handful of silicone on each titty... the kind that look like 2 orange halves just
laying on the ribcage.
Then I heard about symmastia... better known as "breadloafing, "kissing implants" and FUCKED UP REAL LIFE UNIBOOB.
Symmastia occurs sometimes when they over dissect the cleavage area.
When this happens, the implants like... FUSE together at the center of the chest, creating one, big, scary center tit.
OF COURSE symmastia occurs most commonly in THIN WOMEN (hell-ooo) who have less tissue covering the sternum (you could play my sternum like a xylophone).
